Course Overview

The Microsoft Outlook 2000 Curriculum teachs learners how to use Outlook effectively to communicate with others and organize their schedules and work. After completing this curriculum, learners will be able to send messages to people inside and outside their organization, schedule appointments and meetings, maintain a contact list, and organize their activities with tasks, notes, and journal entries. In addition, more sophisticated skills, such as integrating Outlook with Office applications, sending and receiving faxes, sharing information in public and Network folders, and working remotely, are also taught in this curriculum. This curriculum consists of 3 Skill Builder courses: 73070 Microsoft Outlook 2000 Fundamentals - 6-8 hours 73071 Microsoft Outlook 2000 Proficient Use - 6-8 hours 73072 Microsoft Outlook 2000 Expert User - 6-8 hours Certification: This course contains content that will help prepare students for the Outlook 2000 MOUS certification exam.

    Pre-requisites

    The minimum system requirement to run the CD is: 486DX 66MHz CPU, Windows 95 or later with a Microsoft compatible mouse. At least 65MB RAM. SVGA monitor with at least 1MB video RAM running at least 800x600resolution (256 colours). CDROM 2x speed. For audio, MCP compliant sound card with speakers or headphones.
