Course Overview

Supervise your own success with ICS
In 2002, NEBS Management and the Institute for Supervision and Management (ISM) officially united to form the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). ILM is a premier body with almost 100 years experience in the field of leadership and management.

This ICS course is accredited by ILM and allows you to further your supervisory skills, whether to help you in your existing job or give you the skills you need to move into a new area.

What's more, ILM qualifications are nationally recognised, meaning that you will have your knowledge and ability officially acknowledged - so you can easily prove to employers that you have everything it takes to be a great front line manager!

What our students say

"The course materials were very easy to work through and clearly set out. Whenever I needed to speak to someone at ICS, I received good information and all the support I needed throughout my course. I would definitely recommend ICS - in fact I already have and I hope to take another course in the near future." Claire Bottomley

Key Jobs

Good people management can quite literally make or break an organisation. Which means that there is always going to be a demand for highly motivated individuals who can in turn bring out the best in others. Especially if they have a nationally recognised qualification to underpin and endorse their natural leadership qualities.

Obviously, starting salaries can vary between economic sectors, but a typical supervisory starting salary range outside the London area is £16,000 - £20,000, rising to between £22,000 - £30,000 when they are fully qualified and have the necessary experience.

The ICS-NEBSM courses are the most flexible and cost-effective way of gaining the wide range of expertise you need to advance in supervisory roles.

Free With Course
An ICS study pack which contains a document wallet, sticky notes, ball pen and highlighter and ruler to help you get started.
