The ICS Personnel Management Course will let you enter the industry with the confidence to really get on. You'll learn all the general principles of the profession, and gain a thorough grounding in all the key subjects such as Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Discipline and Grievance.

Pre-requisites
The great news is that you don't need any previous experience to take this course.

Study Time
120 hours approx. For example: 10 hours per week to complete in 3 months, or 2.5 hours per week to complete in 12 months. Study as little or as much as you wish.

Exam Details

This course includes a number of assessments that you complete as part of your coursework and then forward to your tutor for grading and comments. At the end of your study period, you complete a test, send it to us, and we'll send you your mark through the post. (The course is an excellent foundation for the CIPD Programme.)
