Course Overview
With ICS you can be safe in the knowledge.
Health and safety in the workplace is imperative, in fact it can often mean the difference between a business staying open and being forced to close- albeit temporarily.

So if you're a business owner, or manager, you'd be wise to take the ICS Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Managing Safely course and ensure that you're well prepared for the unexpected.

Covering every aspect of health and safety in the workplace, this course will allow you to improve the safety culture in your organisation, promote the importance of welfare and safety at work to employees, and manage safely and effectively within your organisation's policies and best practice.

Key Topics
Safety Management Systems
Reactive Monitoring
Risk Assessment and Risk Control
Preparing and Using Active Monitoring Checklists and Schedules
Safety Policy, Organising and Conducting a Management Review
Identifying Relevant Legislation
Managing Sources of Hazards

Pre-requisites
The great news is that you don't need any previous experience to take this course, however a good level of English would be beneficial.

What our students say
"The course materials were very easy to work through and clearly set out. Whenever I needed to speak to someone at ICS, I received good information and all the support I needed throughout my course. I would definitely recommend ICS - in fact I already have and I hope to take another course in the near future." Claire Bottomley
