Course Overview
If you want to break into the travel industry you'll find our Certificate in Travel (Travel Agent) formerly ABTAC course is essential. You'll gain all the knowledge and understanding needed to achieve a qualification which is recognised by both large and independent travel agency organisations within the UK.

The course covers the learning of levels 2 and 3, required for working as a travel agent. You'll learn everything from travel geography, to organising individual tailor-made holidays, to package holidays, as well as gaining an industry recognised qualification.

Pre-requisites
The great news is that you don't need any previous experience to take this course.   However, you will need to be able to undertake some research in your local library.  You will also need to collect a range of travel brochures.

Exam Details
There is a 3 hour open book examination for both Level 2 and Level 3 which means that you are allowed to take notes and other reference material in with you. Please note that exam fees are in addition to your course fees.

Certificate in Travel (Travel Agent) Level 2 & 3, jointly awarded by ABTA and City & Guilds
