Course Overview
Have you ever wanted to be part of an industry that's really going somewhere?  If you have, then you should take our Certificate in Travel (Tour Operator) formerly ABTOC course.  You'll pick up all the essential skills necessary to work in a tour operations environment and it'll even give you the perfect opportunity to further your career in the travel business.

The course covers the learning of levels 2 and 3, required for Travel Services within the UK. You'll learn everything from accurately identifying customer requirements, to selling suitable products, services and complete bookings, as well as gaining the understanding to be able to provide complex holiday itineraries and helping with individual customer requirements.

Pre-requisites
The great news is that you don't need any previous experience to take this course.  However, you will need to be able to go along to your local library to carry out some research.  You will also need to collect some travel brochures.

Exam Details
There is a 3 hour open book examination for both Level 2 and Level 3 which means that you are allowed to take notes and other reference material in with you. Please note that exam fees are in addition to your course fees.

Certificate in Travel (Tour Operators) Level 2 & 3, jointly awarded by ABTA and City & Guilds
