A career in childcare can be very rewarding for you financially and very fulfilling in terms of helping to shape young lives. So if you feel you have the aptitude and commitment to look after children, the ICS Child Day Care Course is the perfect chance to get started. 

You don't need any previous experience or qualifications to take this course and it will not only teach you how to deal with everyday situations confidently, but will give you a structured overview of what is involved in setting up a childminding or nursery facility of your own (Please check with social services in your area for specific requirements).

Pre-requisites
The great news is that you don't need any previous experience to take this course.

Study Time
100 hours approx. For example: 8 hours per week to complete in 3 months, or 2 hours per week to complete in 12 months. Study as little or as much as you wish.

Exam Details
This course includes a number of assessments that you complete as part of your coursework and then forward to your tutor. Once your tutor has marked and graded your work, they'll send it back to you with their comments, if any.
