Eating properly and exercising regularly can work wonders for a body - as many of the celebrities we see on TV and in magazines can tell you - but with so many different regimes to choose from, how can you be sure of getting the right results?

The answer's simple: you enrol on the ICS Fitness and Nutrition Course.

This course provides you with down-to-earth practical guidelines and proper instruction in line with your individual needs.  It could easily be the starting point for a rewarding career in the rapidly growing health and fitness field!  And thanks to the way the course has been developed, you should be able to find success without even breaking sweat!

Pre-requisites
The great news is that you don't need any previous experience to take this course.

Study Time
120 hours approx. For example: 10 hours per week to complete in 3 months, or 2.5 hours per week to complete in 12 months. Study as little or as much as you wish.

As an ICS student you will have your own personal tutor helping you with your course work and with any questions you may have. Plus our team of Student advisors are only a phone call away for all the practical advice you may need - so we really are there with you 100%.

Exam Details
This course includes a number of assessments that you complete as part of your coursework and then forward to your tutor. Once your tutor has marked and graded your work, they'll send it back to you with their comments, if any.

Qualification
ICS Diploma in Fitness and Nutrition.
