Course Overview
A good Customer Service department is crucial to the success of any business.  After all, it's Customer Services that is so often seen as the face of the company, effectively and efficiently dealing day in day out with any queries or complaints.

By taking the Global Online Assessment for Learning (GOAL) course, you'll learn everything from building customer loyalty, to overcoming communication barriers, to balancing the needs of the customers and the company you're working for.

Your role will also enable you to influence effective changes in the workplace - so it's not just the customers who'll value your opinion, it'll be your employers too!

Pre-requisites
The great news is that you don't need any previous experience to take this course.

Study Time
140 hours approx. For example: 12 hours per week to complete in 3 months, or 3 hours per week to complete in 12 months. Study as little or as much as you wish.

As an ICS home learning student you will have your own personal tutor helping you with your course work and with any questions you may have.  Plus our team of Student Advisors are only a phone call away for all the practical advice you may need  - so we really are with you 100% of the way.

Exam Details
This course includes a number of assessments that you complete as part of your coursework and then forward to your tutor.  Once your tutor has marked and graded your work, they'll send it back to you with their comments, if any.

Please note that exam fees are additional to course fees.
