Course Overview
Take off on a new career path with ICSOur Fares and Ticketing Level I course, endorsed by British Airways, is an intermediate level course that will suit working travel agents down to the ground!
This course will provide you with a thorough grounding in industry terminology and procedures, fare types and ticket completion to IATA (International Air Transport Association) standard. This course is particularly relevant if you work or want to work for an airline, travel agency or call centre dealing with flight reservations, ticketing and processing of tickets.

The course was updated in September 2003 in line with the new IATA guidelines. The certificate will also carry endorsement from City and Guilds (C&G Fares and Ticketing NQF Level 2).
