Course Overview

Welcome to a new world of business opportunities with ICS.

Good managers mean the difference between success and failure for any business - from the smallest corner shop to the biggest corporation. There are obvious rewards in being a manager - good pay and prospects, highly transferable skills, the opportunity to shape the future - but what do you need to know to become one?

Well, in addition to making key decisions (like the one you've made in sending for this course information!) you need to be able to organise and motivate people, to understand the workings of business generally and to master many practical skills.

And that's where we come in at ICS. Our Business Management Course gives you the chance to gain a real understanding of what it takes to become a great all-round boss. Whether your looking to further your present career or to take an entirely new direction, our course will help you onto the management ladder.
