Take off on a new career path with ICS Our BA Fares and Ticketing Level II leads on from the Level I qualification and deals with more specialist areas of ticketing such as highly complex fares and multi-sector journeys.
It will steer you towards the more advanced British Airways Level II Certificate and a further 10 IATA (International Air Transport Association) points.

Exam Details
After working through the course materials you will sit an open-book examination, which means you can take notes and course materials in with you. Exams are held in March, July and November.
Qualification Certificate (endorsed by British Airways) plus 10 IATA Points. A City & Guilds Level 3 endorsement is also available for an additional optional fee
