Course Overview
The human body is an amazing thing, and by taking GCSE Human Physiology and Health, you can learn all about what makes it so very special.
The course covers everything from Relations between Man, Other Organisms and the Environment to Organisation and Maintenance of the Individual, Reproduction, and Growth and Development.
Passing this GCSE really can open many career doors for you, in fact, it could lead to you training to become a doctor, nurse, dentist or health care specialist to name but a few!
There is no deadline for enrolment so you can start your course at any time.

You do not need any special qualifications but you should have basic scientific, literary and numeric skills.
Please note this course cannot be taken with GCSE Biology.

Exam Details
Exams are held in England, at a wide variety of regional examination centres. However there are a limited number of centres in Scotland, Wales, Eire and Northern Ireland. Once you've enrolled on your chosen course(s), you'll receive all the information you need to arrange your exams*, including details of syllabuses, exam boards and dates. As exams are held in various parts of the UK, you shouldn't have to travel too far to sit them.

Exams take place in June and the entry deadlines are mid January. Coursework deadline is 31 March. 1 Written exam = 2 hrs & Coursework = 20% of total exam.
