These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights

Delivery - Subject to your order being authorised and barring system failure, we will dispatch all orders where possible received up to 3.p.m. the same day. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of course materials.

Ordering (UK) - All prices for products listed on the Learning at Home website are quoted in sterling (UK pounds) including VAT at 17.5% where applicable and delivery within the UK including N. Ireland and the Channel Islands. A total order price including VAT and delivery is given when using the on-line checkout. Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Any such price changes will be applied instantly to this web site, allowing you to be aware of them before ordering. Errors and omissions excepted.

Ordering Outside UK - All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) and include VAT at 17.5%.  Customers outside the European Economic Community will not be charged VAT. The online ordering system is for UK orders ONLY. If you are located outside the UK please contact us for delivery costs. Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Any such price changes will be applied instantly to this web site, allowing you to be aware of them before ordering. Errors and omissions excepted.

Special Offers - All special offers are subject to availability. Special offer discounts are only available at the time of ordering.

Title - Title to goods remains with Learning at Home until payment in full has been received.

PLEASE NOTE that if you have purchased an online course you must contact us if you have not received your login information within 5 working days of enrolment. You must check your course as soon as you receive the course materials. Any errors or omissions must be reported within seven days of receipt or access online to materials.

Important - In the case of a failure to pay an instalment the outstanding balance will become due immediately and all tutor support will be suspended until payment is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all payments are made. Failure to pay may result in the outstanding amount being referred to an agency for collection and a collection charge of 17.5% + VAT of the outstanding amount will be added.

Your right to cancel an order - You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days or, in the case of goods, within 7 working days of receipt of delivery or login details in case of online courses (According to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of seven working days from receipt of goods. This period allows an unconditional right to cancel. You will be required to make such a request to Learning at Home in writing within this period prior to returning the goods to the course provider). Course material sent to Learning at Home will not be accepted.

Goods must be returned in pristine condition at the customer's cost. In the case of sealed audio, video, or computer software or CD goods the customer does have cancellation rights BUT that right will be lost if the goods are unsealed.

Course Transfer Facility
If you wish to transfer to a different course, we may at our sole discretion agree to such transfer. There may be a charge for this service. Please contact us for details.

Learning at Home Refunds and Exchanges
Learning at Home undertake to dispatch consignments on the day of order placement and will refund payment, when requested, if a period of 14 working days from order placement is exceeded. Learning at Home will supply course details, as requested, prior to purchase and will refund the price or exchange any product for reason of manufacturing or material defect if returned within 28 days of delivery with prior agreement. Refunds will be made within 30 days of order cancellation or return of goods. Please note that no CD or video can be accepted for return for any other reason if the seal has been broken. This complies with UK and EU legislation and does not affect your statutory rights.
