Diet and exercise are becoming increasingly important in the modern day environment. More and more people are considering the effect diet and exercise have on their overall health. The World Health Organization (WHO) has linked obesity with a nine-year reduction in life expectancy. This is extremely worrying, especially for those people who face weight problems.
Throughout this course the student will receive all the information they require in order to be able to implement the changes that need to be made in order to follow a healthier lifestyle for themselves or for their clients.

Furthermore, at the end of each lesson there is a question paper that needs to be completed and returned to your tutor. You should allow at least 1 - 2 hours of study to complete each question paper.
