And it's this broad range of subject matter that you can study by taking 'A' Level Law. This fascinating home study course covers everything from Law Making, to Dispute Solving, to The Concept of Liability, to the Concepts of Law. It also focuses on what to many is the most exciting element of the subject - Criminal Law.

Pre-requisites
This course builds, but does not depend, on the understanding gained from GCSE Law, although no specific prior knowledge is required. Candidates should be able to demonstrate good communication sills equivalent to those required to gain at least a grade C pass in GCSE English. ICS also offers a course in GCSE Law course which some candidates may prefer enrolling on before going on to 'A' Level Law.
Study Time 200 hours approx.

Exam Details
Once you've enrolled on your chosen course(s), you'll receive all the information you need to arrange your exams*, including details of syllabuses, exam boards and dates. As exams are held in various parts of the UK, you shouldn't have to travel too far to sit them.
If you have any questions at any time about arranging your exams, the ICS Student Advisers will be pleased to help.
Exams take place in January and June with the exam enrolment deadlines being mid August and January respectively.
