Supervisory Development OCNW Level 2
Student Profile This programme is designed for people taking on, or planning to take on, a supervisory role in their work environment, and provides a development opportunity which teaches the broad concepts of supervision.
Study Method The course is designed for study by distance learning at work or at home. Students receive course manual, assignments and studyguide plus tutor support by telephone, mail and email.

This course is assessed through a series of tutor marked assignments. No attendance at an exams centre is required.
